Jeff is the 9th in the Fragments in Modernity series. Like the others in the series, Jeff is made up of the unique materials people started utilizing centuries ago, organics like sand and earth and pit lime. Unlike the others Jeff is painted as shadow against a brighter background, darker in appearance but not intent.
Jeff is actually quite shy and needs to be sure of the situation he's in before stepping out and making himself known.
